Recipe of the Week: Breakfast Casserole

Breakfast Casserole - submitted by Rhonda James
This dish is perfect for Easter and Christmas morning!
Ingredients:
1 lb. bacon, cooked until crisp
7 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices white bread
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Whisk eggs and milk together. Stir in remaing ingredients, except bread. Pour into a 13 x 9 baking dish. Tear bread into bite sized pieces, stir into egg mixture. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake in an unpreheated 350 degree oven for 55 minutes, or until golden brown and fluffy.
