Bob helps lead and set direction for this Mission as well as supervising Navigator staff and leading two initiatives.
Bob serves on a national leadership team coaching leaders of Navigator City Ministries in the U.S.
Bob serves as part the Navigators Detroit Leadership Community, &
Bob & Ronda are ministering in Ann Arbor through outreach and life-to-life mentoring. In all four roles Bob & Ronda seek to encourage and equip everyday Christians in sharing the love of Christ in word and deed in their natural pathways where they live, work, worship, and play. Bob & Ronda long to see fellow Christians partner with God and others in transforming families, neighborhoods, and communities across the United States.

Bob & Ronda are high school sweethearts and have been married 44 years. They have three grown sons:  David, Jonathan, and Christopher. David is married to Michelle and they have two children, Abraham and Evelyn.

Please keep Bob & Ronda in your prayers as they serve this important work. Bob especially appreciates prayer for wisdom, courage, and strength as his roles with The Navigators take him increasingly on the road in leading, training, and providing oversight of Navigator staff and ministries.
