May the people of Huron Hills seek God and His Kingdom.
- Matthew 6:33
But seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given you as well.
- Hebrews 12: 1-3
Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfector of faith. For the joy set before Him, He endured the cross, scorning it's shame and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider Him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.

We hope you can join us!

From the Board Chair
These are the four primary characteristics identified by scholars of historic evangelicalism that we at HHC adhere to:
- Christ: a stress on the person of Jesus Christ, his ministry and death on the cross as making possible the redemption of humanity
- Conversion: the belief that lives need to be transformed through a “born-again” experience and a life long process of following Jesus
- Bible: high regard for and obedience to the Bible as the ultimate authority and the primary source of all essential spiritual truth.
- Action: the expression and demonstration of the gospel in missionary and social reform efforts
These four components afford us a lot of room to discern together where the Holy Spirit is leading our local church to be a part of the mission of Jesus. We are asking for everyone to pray for the Lord to guide and direct us as we seek Him.

March at HHKids
We will spend the month taking a closer look at the way forgiveness shows up throughout a few of the parables Jesus told His followers and help our kids discover more about Forgiveness– deciding that someone who has wronged you doesn't have to pay. Our Memory Verse for March comes from Colossians 3:13. “Put up with one another. Forgive one another if you are holding something against someone. Forgive, just as the Lord forgave you.” (NIrV)
March in First Look
This month, our preschoolers will be "Building" love for others and learning that they can love everyone, just as Christ loves them! Our memory verse is John 13:34 - “Love one another.”
